A New Calling
In the end we are all separate: our stories, no matter how similar, come to a fork and diverge. We are drawn to each other because of our similarities, but it is our differences we must learn to understand.

Exhaustion pressured Mengqi on his journey to Yong An, the fatigue that took a toll on him created a delusion, feeling as if he was in another body. His being webbed in aches, but his mind was focus to the goal he was bounded to walk. It lead him to the very lands of the one he urged to see, he couldn’t understand why his code of justice drove him, but he knew his gut instincts speak essence beyond his comprehension. What ever it demanded, he would abide. It’s what drove him to ride into the Shu camp uninvited.
From what guards he Gallop past, he already knew his presence would be identified as a threat, Mengqi didn’t care. His actions differed from his intentions, but his eagerness would take the best of him. Sounds of whistles scatter around the camp, alarming all from peons to famous generals. He quickly witness the many tactics of men diving to stop his haste, it was coming like child obstacles to him. From spears to even ropes, his coordination was unmatched on his steed and was easily able to maneuver. His jolting would quickly come to an end where he would spot a barrage of spears at the gate he felt he needed to pass….Through his entire raid, his sense of direction was lacking, but he knew who he seek wasn’t too far from the gate. He had passed a few officers back and notice every eye was more intense then the other. They gave away the man of virtue was in the area he darted too, it explained how easily the men assembled, circling Mengqi.
His ivory steed gauged itself to a halt with the warrior dismounting with his eyes scanning each mans position. Not a word slipped through his mouth, it was only a sharp glare mutual for all to see. His hazel eyes gave off an aura of war, far greater then some within their divisions. It was obvious he was no regular warriors and held some significance that coerced caution.

In a trance of thoughts, his mind lapse on his beloved sister. All actions he’s made were all influence by impulse. Although he worried Yunlu maybe startled by his violent charge, she was skilled at adapting on short notice; he only hoped she was able to burden what outcome laid before them. With mixtures of insults and demands, Mengqi knew his prowess maybe tested in a blink of an eye. All the guards were eager to set their spears towards their path, but their hesitation gave way that there was a man within the midst, holding them from unleashing a charge
