Theme Music (season 9, episode 10)
Name: Li Xingji
Age: 22 (season 1), 23 (season 2)
Gender: Female
Style: Original
Residence: Jian Ye/Gui Ying (depending on whether she's staying on the family estate or with her brother Li Wang)
Personality:
Li Xingji is outwardly the model of Han Chinese womanhood; that is, beautiful, charming, and modest. However, she actually despises this standard for women, as reflected in her battle garb (see image). She could easily be at home amongst a group of warriors or a group of merchants, though she'd only appear to belong with a group of women.
In contrast to many warriors of the time period, she almost always makes sure she's thought everything through before she takes to the battlefield, and is generally more collected due to the greatly reduced amount of testosterone being pumped through her system (she is, after all, a woman).
One thing can be certain, however; she is almost always scheming and conniving.

Appearance:
Xingji is your model of Han Chinese beauty, keeping her true nature hidden behind a devious smile.
Apparel/Armour:
Li Xingji has recently gone crazy. At night, she dons this mask and does devious things. Nobody knows it is Xingji beneath the mask.
For prolonged battles, Xingji's armor looks more like ^this^. It is a light suit of chainmail that leaves her arms unhindered so that she can use her arms unhindered, which is vital for an archer.
Outside of battle, Xingji wears traditional Han Chinese dresses, most often made of silk of varying shades of red, black, and gold, though occasionally you may spot her in a purple or even a seafoam color.
Weapon(s):
Xingji prefers to keep things mobile, and as such carries only a bow and a pair of daggers. With the bow, she can hit a moving target out to about 200 meters. With the daggers, she can keep a blade away from her body long enough to either get help or disengage, though opponents with weapons longer than a short sword should beware; one missed thrust and you'll find a new hole or two on your body, assuming it doesn't kill you.
History:
Li Xingji is the younger sister of Li Wang. She shares much the same early history, but rather than follow Wang into the military upon their parent's death, she instead took over management of the family's business, despite being a child. By the time Sun Ce's army (which included Li Wang) conquered Jian Ye, Xingji had doubled the size of her business and had purchased a larger estate for the family (whilst Xingji and Wang share their income equally, Wang's name is the one that is on the property deeds, with Xingji being cited as "authorized to do whatever the hell she pleases").
Her life has continued much the same as before, with the exception that now, being of age, she often serves as a spy for Wang, using her social status or just as often her skill at stealth to obtain information for him, which is then relayed to his superiors. Xingji is left out of the reports almost all the time, but this is what allows her to do her job.
Now, she has continued the family tradition and left Wang's son, Xian, to run the family business, and is often seen at Wang's side. In fact, she's there so often that on numerous occasions she is mistaken for a lover of Wang's, until it is explained that she is only his sister and they've always been close, even before their parent's deaths. The question is, however, will she remain in the shadow by her brother's side, or will she strike off to make her own fame?
