History:
Through the first 6 years of his life, Huairen was not Huairen or even consider to be living. Through the early stages of his life he was simply an orphan with little detail of his parents or place of birth. Each day was only a fight for survival and the urge to live that kept him going. Fortunately his survival instincts would grant him freedom as he was discovered by native farmer name Lin Gao who were journeying through to their home in the Qiao countries.
As an orphan child, stability was deviating to his normal way of living. Even with his ability to adapt, he struggle to blend to their conducts, but he only found it as a challenge. Through the duration of time, he began to gain further responsibilities with his family and tended to the fields as well other activities. His skills to communicate was frowned by locals because of his lack to bring out a response, but his comprehension of body language advance as he study every person he came in contact with.
On his eleventh year, he would gain the name Hongyan (red eyes) for his iris colors that seem to glow when the moon light hit it. At age thirteen he would reach a turning point for the worse, where the whole village would be slaughtered by bandits and the very village itself set ablaze
Hongyan would revert to his survival instincts once again, leading him to find refuge in a shelter with prayers for their departure. It failed to cease with the vocals of horrors echoing about, it didn’t bother him as much until he witness the family that cared for him get slaughtered before his eyes. His hesitation to stop the man became like binding chains, but they would break as he saw the bandit about to decapitate a little girl. Intervening he found an axe within the shelter and charged out with a surprise attack, impaling the man with in
Instantly he and the girl was surrounded by the gang and prepared for the worse. Luckily the gang leader admired Hongyan moxie and decided to take both him and the girl under his wing. The girl named Zou Xiu and Hongyan would gain a brother a sister relationship during their time within the gang. It was something the leader would use to his advantage against Hongyan in case he refused to do his dirty work. Hongyan would transform into the very people he wanted dead as he perform deeds he wouldn’t dream of doing, just for his sister’s safety.
Each day he inhaled the same air as them only fuelled his vigorous rage for blood. He would reserve the emotions and become apathetic until opportunities arise to strike. In time he developed a skill to become an embodiment of pain, torment and blood. If any expression showed on his face, it was used only to intimidate his targets. It left his sister worried for his sense of humanity, but it was only a ploy.
His day to strike would come as he received information of another threat endangering their clan. Intel he alone found out during one of the operations lead by him. It was used to his advantage as he kept it hidden from the leaders, and upon the surprise attack, Hongyan added more to the confusion with a fire attack within the facility. He’d plan to escape with Zou Xiu to start over and find redemption for his sins, but fate would play its role to have them separate as they were caught by a group of the intruders. Before they got in range to capture them, Hongyan had already sent Xiu through the escape route and planned to fend them off for her safety.
It would be the last time the two would see each other, and the only thing keeping them close together were an exchange of a letter and scarf for a headband. From there Hongyan would spend over a year as a hostage, suffering tortures unthinkable. They intended to gain as much info as they could out of him, but not a word was spoken. The only strength he had to sustain the trauma was the letter from his sister, a reminder of what he shouldn’t become.
Months later he would manage to escape through manipulating members within the crew. Getting free, he flee from the area and spent time recouping in a nearby town. Plotting his revenge on the group that tortured him and caused him his life, he manage to create a small unit of skilled warriors and lead them under the name Huairen, a name he decided to use from stories Xiu shared with him. Zou Huairen planned that this would be an all out assault and would be no turning back, each individual had personal vendetta against this group and would plan to finish them off. With the people within the group that placed their trust him, the advantage would be in his favour
It was a time of a dreaded thunder storm they would perform a night raid, as soon as they were let in by those inside. The fortress turned to chaos, ending out the group leader dying to the hands of Huairen. The aftermath lead to the group being wiped out, and Huairen’s gang disperse to live their lifes....as for Huairen, he now is on pursuit to find his sister.
