I'm curious, and not in a creepy way, about how you sleep. Like how do you lay? Or do you even stand up? I have horrible issues sleeping lately!
I tend to sleep facing the inside of my futon and tend to end up on my chest by morning.

I cacoon usually. I also have to be facing the door if i'm alone when sleeping. If anyone is in the room I can sleep facing the wall but, otherwise I need to be able to open my eyes and see where my door is. xD
Oh, I sleep on my side, or on my back. I can't sleep on my chest.

The things I do before I sleep if I've had a couple of bad sleeps are that I pour myself a hot bath before I go to bed and just lay there and relax. I seen this in a t.v program about sleeping lol. Another thing I do is when I lie in bed I try to tense every muscle in my body has hard as I can for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds you breath out slowly and this is suppose to relax your body too. A friend told me about that one. Both worked for me so they might your for you.

I feel like your problem stems from the fact that you sleep on a futon. Seriously, fuck futons. Anywho, I am a terrible person to offer advice on this. I have a terrible time going to sleep most of the time. The only time I have no problem sleeping is after working bullshit overnight shifts. As for how I sleep, you creeper, I fall asleep on my stomach facing away from the side of the bed that I am closest to and usually wake up on my back.

Actually, I sleep on a futon and find I do so better there than I do on most beds. I find the wall of the couch good for curling up against.I tend to shift around during the night, but I think I sleep best on my side or chest.

Haha! I dig the wall too! Awesome, but don't you feel like it bends your spinal chord in a weird way? I feel like it, and its hard to get pillows right on a futon. Tell me about your set up Gryff. xP

Well, my back's always felt kinda messed up, so I don't really notice any difference. Oh yeah, probably worth noting that I don't turn it into a bed. I just sleep on it like a couch. I roll around a good deal, so having a smaller space with a wall works better for me.

Eff that noise, I have a queen size bed, and I sprawl out all over that bastard. I am enraged when I have to sleep in cramped quarters.

I sleep the same way Kyle. In fact, if I'm not diagonal I have trouble sleeping.

I go to bed normally, under the covers and straight up and down.
I don't know what happens overnight, but I usually wake up uncovered, legs drooping over the side of the bed, and my hands inside my pants.

Sounds like good things happen overnight.
Also, who sleeps in pants?
