[ "Have no you no honour?" ”Have you no soul? What are we dying for? Do you really even care or know?” The majestic looking imperial uncle appeared, several li beyond the hills of the fortifications made by the offending general; they had come to attack Liu Biao's land and for that they would sacrafice everything. Liu Bei would not be settled with a win here, a traitor to the Han would be destroyed or they would die trying. Fortuantly for Xuande, the enemy general had come to show his neck and was on the battlefield - meaning that his city was undefended.. a victory here was a victory for the capture of Yong'an without force. Liu Bei scanned the field, his forces still lacked a strategist though he doubted this man had much up his sleeve other than mere numbers he couldn't help but feel a little uneasy, he put his burdens aside for now; brushing them under the carpet whilst he analysed the fortifications of the enemy.
"A simple wooden fence.."
He stroked his face before nodding, making a mental geographical note of the surrounding areas before his forces put together the main camp of their force. A small collective area in which rations would be redistributed, medical supplies would remain and where the commanding general would reside.
This battle would be settled not on one front, but on two. The first to break through would ultimately seize victory. Whether it was on the open plains or through the treacherous chasms to the East; it didn't matter. If they broke through, a simple attack from behind would destroy the enemies ranks and morale.. though outnumbered they were not outmatched by intelligence, skill or support. Xuande nodded, gritting his teeth for the upcoming battle, how many of his loyal supporters would be needed to fall in order to achieve the grandest dream?
"Heaven, please guide me... For the glory of honour, duty and virtue."
He muttered clasping his hands and weeping a little, the journey from here had been long and full of peril; but Liu Bei and his brothers still stood firmly upon two feet. It was time to finally seize a land for themselves.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------- As soon as Lu Wei was made aware of the troops that would be issued to him, his reaction was simply a nod and a soft sigh, one that was particularly neutral. He was both relieved and distraught. For one, Lu Wei despised the thought of combat, nor was he a very good fighter. At least, in this mental state. Hei, on the other hand, enjoyed being in the front lines, and did very well at it. If he stayed as Hei, he would do well here, Lu Wei completely aware that he was going to be made to fight in front. And alongside the army's commander too. Namely, Zhao Yun.
With that in mind, Lu Wei knew that he would be under the man's command. He had no problem with that. In fact, it lifted a heavy burden off his shoulders, for the transition between Lu Wei and Hei could give him quite a headache, especially if done too much. He would leave most of the strategy to him, but if any input were to come to Lu Wei's mind, he would, of course, immediately switch to Lu Wei to inform Zhao Yun.
One of Shu's newest officer, Lu Wei made a note to himself to use this battle as a way to prove himself to his new lord that he was as capable in the battlefield as Hei, as he was in the discussion room as Lu Wei. The man marched out of the main tent, having gotten Liu Bei's permission to move out then, his black armor complimented with the green cape that he wore in honor of Shu. Hei's white mask hung upon his right waist, beside his weapon. He walked upon Hei Shi, then, as it stood outside the tent that had been provided for him. He gave a soft smile, patting the creature, before placing a piece of paper upon one of the pouches of its saddle, before giving it a whisper. Then, untying the reigns from the post, it let the horse go, having given it its order.
For this battle, Lu Wei did not require the horse as of yet. Hei Shi would do a better service to the other who had found her. Lu Wei then came upon Zhou Yu, giving the man a nod of respect, before standing behind him, getting ready to march the moment he did. At the moment, Lu Wei was under his command now. Where had Hei Shi had gone too?
Well, the stallion had galloped to Ma Yunlu, the female that had found it and instantly tamed it, saving Lu Wei from the grips of death alongside that achievement. Lu Wei owed the lady his life and he was truly elated upon seeing her among the ranks in the strategy meeting, though never had a chance to talk to her. Hei Shi would be Yunlu's steed for this battle, the creature would insist, as it carried the paper in one of its pouch.
And the paper read:
"Ma Yunlu, I still owe you my life from back then. We'll talk again, once this battle is over. Let Hei Shi carry you to glory."
Simple, short and yet held a lot of meaning upon it. As Lu Wei prepared himself to march, he could only hope that the lady would survive this battle.

Zhao Yun Tiger General of Liu Bei
I thought I oughtta drink his bathwater, that oughtta be fun That's when my days of serial murder manslaughter begun The sight of blood excites me, that might be an artery son Your blood curdling screams just don't seem to bother me none It's 3am and here I come, so you should probably run A secret passageway around here, man there's got to be one Oh no there's probably none, he can scream all that he wants Top of his lungs, but ain't no stopping me from chopping him up, upEven an underdog can bite like a wolf
Hard to imagine that a place so now chaotic, once stood amongst peace and tranquility. It was Zhao Yun's job to end the chaos, at least for the moment, but that in itself required so much effort that even he had his doubts. He always remained optimistic however, with his lord's belief that optimism was set tenfold. His pacing amongst his unit showed his willingness to put his life on the line and to be the catalyist for a famous victory. Each step in his march back and forth remained strong and upright, never letting his troops see any hint of weakness in his posture.
"There are times in life that seem impossible to overcome, times that seem easier to walk away from than stand and battle it out. The time has came for us to stand and fight for what is needed for this once fine country. To rise from our modest standing in northern Jing and make a firm statement; we are not to be underestimated." His words echoed through his modestly sized ranks, no sign of a horseman in any of its standing, an obvious disadvantage, under any normal circumstances. "We march without delay into the mountains and we will make history."
His speech was short and to the point, for he trusted his unit and believed no more could be said to inspire and prepare at that time; instead he would venture forth, taking the immediate initiative in movement and head towards the first mountain pass, an area he hoped was not yet camped with enemy soldiers, or else things could turn ugly very quickly.
He would lead his troops well into the mountains, but before that he turned briefly to his assistant, whispering into the man's ear and handing him a letter. With directions to only be given to Officer Lu Wei, the messenger of Zhao Zilong would ride forth with great speed and precision, giving the command to move out.

Time to March....To be able to grow, we must expand. If we are to expand, we must fight. If we desire to bring peace to the land, then war is inevitable....**************** After marching with his brother and other officers under his brother's banner, Guan Yu arrived with his troops in Yong An. Brother Liu Bei had set up a main camp and now it was time to march. His troops followed him to the bottom of the mountains, before he raised up Blue Dragon, "Today, we march. It is time to move out! Smash the enemy resistance and bring victory to our lord!", as he leads his forces through the mountains....

Chapter 1 Runner of the storm As your faith is strengthened you will find that there is no longer the need to have a sense of control, that things will flow as they will, and that you will flow with them, to your great delight and benefit
As foreseen, it would be inevitable for blood to once again nurture the fields of war. In this time of chaos, if one was to fight for their dreams to become reality, turning back would be ignorant. This was the case for Liu Bei, the underdog among the other dreamers in the land. His dream had drawn all sources of strength, and only continuing to bring more people that he couldn’t imagine would answer to his goal. In the number of those that believed his dream was none other then the beast of Liang, other wise known as Ma Chao
He couldn’t believe he’d travel so far to meet such a man, but he couldn’t help from all the rumors of the people across the land. No matter where he went he would hear of this infamous man, who held great virtue. And now that he was quickly entrusted by Liu Bei to aid him in time of need, Ma Chao felt some way restored. His mind was only set on making sure his victory would come, and if not then his survival be assured. Mengqi didn’t understand why he felt it was his job to protect a man he had only just met a few days before the battle, but if this man would fall today…..his very hands would fail to grasp for his blade again.
Mengqi was position to command the calvary units given as well his sister Ma Yunlu. At times he would feel uneasy for his sister’s safety, but his heart and soul lacked shallowness. This battle seemed to hold a different perspective for him, his eyes fiercer then before. he gave break, leaving the camp to head towards the supply base.

This was it. She was back on the battle field, and once again men would die by her blade. She couldn't allow such thoughts to overwhelm her, the man she now fought under was an honorable man and she knew that he would go far.
It was hard, being so far away from home, but she promised she would fight with her brother and so she followed him and here she was. Ma Chao and herself would comman cavalry, and she knew that if it was up to him, he would take her men and have her return home, but it wasn't going to be that way.
Before beginning her march, she turned to look at her men, then heard the gallop of a horse. Turning her head, she recognized the horse and a smile broke out on her face. Yes, she had seen Lu Wei, but was unable to talk to him. The horse nuzzled her, and she stroked its man, taking the note in the pouch and reading it.
"Thank you Lu Wei." Her voice was a mere whisper, only for herself to hear. Mounting the horse, she prayed he would be safe, seeing an old friend again would bring her great joy, especially since the distance of her brother and the heartache she felt when having to leave the man that raised her. Looking at her men, she took a deep breath. She would do her best in this battle and prove herself to her new lord. Knowing her role in the battle, she marched her men forward, taking them down to the other side of where Guan Yu's men were stationed. Shutting her eyes momentarily, she reopened them eyes hardened and more focused... she was ready.[/blockquote] Troops 500 Calvary Formation
